Assembling, Changing Switches, and Gluing Fidgets

How to Reassemble Your Fidget

Sometimes fidget parts can separate during shipping, use or while switching. Unless the stem has broken or won't snap/stay in place, they’re designed to be put back together.  Watch the video below for step-by-step instructions, then follow the written guide below if you wish to glue your fidget pieces together.

If your fidget's stem is damaged within 30 days of purchasing, please send us a support ticket via our Contact Us page for replacement.

Replacement of Linear (Silent) Switch

Note: These instructions apply if you purchased a non-glued fidget - they are mainly for those that purchased the extra Linear (Silent) Switch prior to our September 10th drop.

If you purchased a replacement linear (silent) switch, follow along with the video at the bottom of the page to swap it in.

👉 Tip: If you don’t plan on swapping to a silent switch in the future, you may want to glue the pieces together for a permanent hold.

Super Glue Instructions

⚠️ Use glue very sparingly—just a drop or two. Too much glue can seep into the switch and stop it from functioning. Always let glued pieces dry for 24 hours before use.

Gluing the Base & Top Together

  1. Add a small amount of super glue (1–2 drops) to the center of the bottom half where the top piece will insert.

  2. Place the top piece on, making sure the pieces line up.

  3. Press until the pieces snap in place. Test gently for alignment.

  4. Leave to dry completely for 24 hours.

Where to apply glue

FAQ

Q: What kind of glue should I use?
A: Standard super glue (cyanoacrylate) works best. Avoid gel glues or expanding glues, as they may interfere with the switch.

Q: Do I need to glue my fidget?
A: Not necessarily. Gluing is optional. It’s recommended only if you don’t plan to swap switches and want extra durability or your fidget keeps separating.

Q: How long does the glue need to dry?
A: Allow at least 24 hours before using your fidget to make sure the glue is fully cured.
