Shipping Policy

Processing time

  • All orders require 15–20 business days to handcraft and fulfill (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). High-volume drops may extend processing slightly.

Transit & carriers

  • Domestic (U.S.): Shipped via USPS by default; UPS available if requested at checkout.
  • International: Shipped via DHL eCommerce by default or DHL Express (more expensive); UPS may be available in select locations if chosen at checkout.
  • A tracking number will be emailed when your order is about to ship. (Tracking updates can lag; see our FAQ for more information.)

If your order arrives damaged

Refund & Replacement Policy

Because our items are handmade and produced in small batches, all sales are final unless noted below.

Eligibility

  • If your item arrives damaged or fails due to a material issue within 30 days of purchase, you’re eligible for a replacement.
  • Should your item arrive unassembled, you’ll find assembly guidance on our FAQ page.
  • If you item(s) are damaged, we’ll issue a store credit or replacement in the event that item is out of stock.
  • Damage caused by user error isn’t eligible.

How to file a claim

  • Submit a support ticket via our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery for items damaged on arrival (and within 30 days of purchase for material issues).
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Timing

  • Approved replacements are processed within 15–20 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Approved Store Credits or Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
  • Returns are not required unless we specifically request one.
