Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with Victoria Essie Studio! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. If products arrive broken or break within a 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement, if the materials are not available you will be offered a store credit. If your item breaks due to user error you will not be eligible for a replacement or store credit. If your claim is approved, we will provide a store credit or send out a replacement within 15-20 business days. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shipping Policy

All orders have a 15-20 business day turn around for fulfillment. Once shipped please refer to the tracking number that will be emailed out for shipping updates. If your order arrives broken please contact us at victoriaessiestudio@gmail.com with your order # and pictures of the damage. Refer to Refund Policy for more info.

SHIPTECTION - This 3rd party service takes care of all of our mail concerns. If you opt in for this and have a missing/stolen/damaged order will be handled by shiptection, email me at victoriaessiestudio@gmai.com to start the claim process. If you opt out you will have to start a claim process with the respective mailing company.
